Agree with you Jessjass, people are using these machines to improve their health, but improper use of machines can also cause many problems like pain in different parts of the body, slight bone shifts etc. Use of machines have become increased a lot comparatively easier than going out for exercise. People have changed their mentality of going out for exercise but they instead choose to stay inside and do their workout with machines.
