Grip Exercises At My Desk Really Improve My Health

While I was a young girl living in New York, my main hobby involved sitting at a desk browsing the internet. Over time, working with computers has become both my passion and my problem since I experience a lot of pain in my hands. I have even put on some weight by sitting at my desk with little initiative to exercise. Then, my friend informed me I needed to dedicate more time to grip exercises which would assist in the proper flow of blood to improve my circulation and overall health later on in life!

I was reluctant at first because I still did not understand the whole concept of hand trainings and how it works to stop my pain, but when I got into the various workouts my pain was slowly dissipating. I eventually had a knack for this to the point where it was almost automatic to perform 5 - 20 minute hand movements during various rests from the computer. Many people think you need to designate a whole area to these exercises which is far from the truth. I simply sit at my desk and start off by gently opening and closing my hands. I then have a special ball I purchased to assist me with this as well. All I have to do is squeeze the ball various times to achieve my workout routine to improve my circulation.

One of my favourite workouts I like to perform deals with forearm exercises. I am a lady who constantly walks with my house in my bag which can be a major benefit in the exercising world contrary to popular belief. When I have the time, I often lift and lower my, expensive but heavy, bag several times which keeps my arms fit. This gives me a great workout without even being in the immediate vicinity of a gym. It is great! I thoroughly enjoy these simple but yet effective drills.

If you are a career woman and a parent like I am, you would know the challenges of life and keeping in shape while juggling your husband, children and work all at once. It can be a daunting and near impossible task to visit the gym every few days simply to maintain your high school figure and vitality. These various hand exercises and grip exercises puts you in the lead of maintaining your figure, even on a budget and time constraint. No one even has to know you are working out because it's natural tasks done repeatedly to achieve your desired results.

It is truly amazing to see how these grip exercises, forearm exercises and hand exercises have improved my overall health with little to no effort on my part. I never knew sitting at my desk could be such a rewarding experience!
